Identidade (Portuguese: Identity; pronounced I-den-ti-da-di) is a Detroit-based band playing Bossa Nova (think Jobim, Valle, and Gilberto) and Nu-Bossa. Combining the beguiling beat of Bossa with the harmonic subtlety of jazz, our music will transport you to Rio. Come to listen, come to dance.
