9PM. in the BOWLERO LOUNGE & LISTENING ROOM. 18+ NO COVER. Full bar.

“One of Detroit’s first punk bands.” Cinecyde formed in 1976 in Clawson when much of the Detroit punk movement of the late 1970s emerged from the suburbs rather than the city. Their sound revolved around disgust for the then state of the music industry and their love for B movie horror films when half of the group spent their days working at what would become regarded as the “first video store in America”, Thomas Video in Royal Oak. Check this One Detroit feature. Blasty’s Backroad kicks it off.

Open Bowling, pinball and “Records with Robbie” (Robb DiMaria) to keep the boogie in your bowling game. Limited lanes available to book online in advance at bowlerodetroit.com. Walk-ins welcome and wait times vary. All ages in the lanes w/ parent or guardian recommended for guests under 17. Free parking.
